As far as I can tell there aren\'t any noticeable dents. There are some scratches. There is a piece of tape with the name Wm Doe on it. I am not removing that. The leather strap is in great shape. The inside has wearing from age and use. The metal bar that holds up the thermos (not included) is in great shape. I took 2 different pictures of it. The hinges and clasp are great as well.
