It has an elasticized velvet covered belt with a great gold tone buckle. The skirt is slightly Aline and its single breasted. The lining in a floral damask satin.Gold tone buttons, side seam pockets. Excellent condition. No size marked, but fits my size 6 mannequin nicely.
