Payment arrangements must be made with us within 3 days of the sale closing. Payment must be fully received within 10 days of the sale closing.

Shipping
We ship our products, as much as possible, in the afternoon of the business day following your payment via Canada Post and USPS. We inspect every item before it is packed and shipped. Everything that we ship is carefully packed, using various materials and appropriate stickers to protect your purchased product. It is your responsibility to update your shipping address on documents such as PayPal.
For lost or damaged items, that were shipped by Tracked or Expedited parcel mail, it will be our responsibility to file a claim with Canada Post and do the subsequent follow-up.
