Some minor grease, oil, dust, discoloration, surface wear, etc. Please examine the pics closely before offerding or buying!Comes with the following tools:Millers Falls had hand tap wrenchVermont Tap & Die Corp 3 piece tap sets;6-32 nc8-32 nc10-24 nc10-32 nc1/4-20 ncThe sets each include a taper, plug and bottoming tap. All of the taps appear to be in good condition. no cracks or bent shafts.
