We buy copper mining-related minerals, collections and offer free, confidential estate appraisals and bulk purchases.

Our Services: We can provide appraisals and buying services in the southwestern United States for clients around the world. Let us track down what you need, negotiate a fair price and ship it to you! We are an incorporated business with over 20 years of professional services.

Returns and Terms: Please contact us first via messaging to correct a problem, including returns. Filing a \"not as described\" return damages a seller\'s account! Any mistake is not intentional -- as you can tell by our long history of excellent service.

We strive to describe each specimen as accurately as possible, but it\'s always possible that we may miss something as some specimens are very complex and we all have varying degrees of acceptance. Some cabs may be quite fragile. We do not warranty cabs, slabs or specimens against breakage beyond delivery, including breakage during handling, cleaning, or any lapidary work. We do not stabilize our specimens without notifying the buyer. It\'s possible some third party specimens we acquire may be stabilized without our knowledge. In such cases (if stabilization is an issue), we will be happy to fully refund your purchase. All returns must be sent by tracked and insured methods.

Origin of Minerals: We do our best to accurately list the discovery location of our minerals. However, many of our specimens were acquired in large collections and some are un-marked or mis-marked.

Shipping Delays: Most items are shipped within 1-3 days. In some rare instances, shipping may be delayed by 7-10 days due to our collecting and work schedule. If time is critical, please contact us in advance for a precise shipping date.

Shipping - Insurance Claims and Returns: We ship by USPS Priority only. This includes free packing, tracking and insurance. We can only ship to your PayPal address. Please make sure your address is secure, as once marked as delivered, we cannot be responsible for package theft and refunds cannot be issued per PayPal rules.

International Shipping: Some items are available for International shipping. We can only ship outside the US using tracked methods.

Postal Insurance: For insurance claims, PayPal requires the buyer to file a claim. All refunds due to insurance claims will be paid after receiving compensations form the shipper. This is a PayPal term. All returns must be sent packed as received by insured and tracked mail. Damaged items will not be refunded. For international shipping, we do not generally include insurance because it is not available. If you wish to insure a package, please contact us about Federal Express shipping.

Backgrounds, coins, stands, rulers or props used for photography or sizing are not included unless specifically noted in the description.

sale Cancellations: We reserve the right to end any sale early due to errors in the listing or when offerding is far below the item\'s actual value.
