Very Rare Vintage Shriner Knife marked \"Henry Sears & Sons 1865\".A very nice collectible piece.
Overall length 7 \" with both blades open.Shriner crescent and scimitar emblem inset in one side of the handle.Blades show some tarnish, but no pitting.Both blades snap firmly into place.Under magnification, the handle shows somewhatevenly spaced parallel grain lines.This could indicate that it is made of celluloid, but I am no expert and do not know the material of the handle.There are also some faint scratches on the surface which are very difficult to photograph.Please refer to the photos and email me with any questions.
