Victorian Art Deco Sterling Silver Onyx Camphor Glass Filigree Pendant Necklace For Sale
Up for sale is this beautiful vintage Victorian/Art Deco sterling silver filigree design onyx and camphor glass necklace. The setting is a large ornate filigree picture frame setting with a prong set onyx or jet glass and carved camphor glass center. (I am not sure if the black base is carved onyx or molded jet glass). The pendant measures 2 inches by 1 1/8 inches, and the chain is 17 inches long, total weight is 8.0 grams. The pendant is marked in the back in the West corner Sterling. The chain has a C clasp in working oder also marked Sterling. Condition is vintage, pre-owned, estatewith one very very tiny fleabite to the onyx at the edge of the camphor glass (barely visible) and normal signs of wear and patina expected with such an antique item.
