This is a SMALL vintage ring, probably made in the late 1800's. It is made out of 14k gold, not filled or plated, kind of has a coppery / rose hue to the gold. The ring features a mine cut diamond that has chips and is about a .06 carat diamond. The ring is a size 7 1/2 and can be sized by a good goldsmith. The ring is light weight at 1.1 grams. The top of the ring is about 6mm wide. Very old ring.
