This Victorian / Steampunk bustle petticoat sewing pattern is designed by Harlots and Angels Corsetry and has been crafted to be a perfect and comfortable fit for all shapes and sizes. It has steel boning to support the frame which can be bought from us here at Harlots and Angels.
Perfect for weddings, steampunk, Gothic, period Victorian costuming, Theatre and evening wear. Detailed instructions on making the petticoat are included.
There are three sizes of sewing pattern included with adjustable drawstring waistband to fit from a 20" waist up to a 40" waist (the petticoat pattern is easy to make bigger if required)
Approx length 36"
White cotton or polycotton fabric, if all in the same fabric (petticoat and frills) then 4.6M of 48" (120 cm) or 60" (150cm) wide fabric.
For a main skirt body with different fabric frills, then you need 2M for frills and 2.6M for main skirt body, white cotton tape 1" (2.5cm) wide x 7 yards (6.5 m), plastic covered steel boning 1/2" (12 -13mm) wide x 1.5 m, waistband tape or white interfacing, white lacing cord and sewing thread, erasable fabric marking pen.
