Victorian E.kopriwa Mahogany Parlor Table W/needlepoint Silk Beads Embroidery Nr For Sale
Here's an Antique c.1880's-1890's Victorian Era Round Table CARVED from SOLID Mahogany with the MOST BEAUTIFUL Needlepoint & Beadwork Showing under the Glass Top! This Gorgeous Piece was Hand Crafted by the Famous: "Emanual Kopriwa" out of Chicago, Illinois. His work is Very Well Sought after, if you can ever Find it! He's a Woodcarverthat opened his Business in Chicago back in 1887, His son took over the business into the Early 1930's. Some of his work with Animal Carvings go into the Thousands! Anyway, about this Table He made. As you can see it's 100% Victorian with the Needlepoint, Fluffy Flowers and Beadwork. It hard to show you how the Ruby Red along with the Cream colored Flowers actually "Fluff" up about a half inch, it's hard to see that in the Photo's but they're kinda like 3 Dimentional! The Beadwork is Brilliant! Has three Rams Heads Carved out with what looks to be their Feet/Hoofs for the legs. Measures 27 1/2" high with the Round Top measuring just about 25" across.
