Antique VictorianEuropean cut diamond 14k sterling silver shell rare cut-out cameo weighted pin brooch. Part of the pin back is marked 14k, we believe the \"necklace\" she is wearing is at lease 10k gold, the base of the pin back tests as sterling. We found no identifying marks.
