Victorian Guilded Brass, Guilloche Enamel and Art Glass French Buckle Bracelet:

This stunning buckle bracelet dates to the early Victorian period and was most likely a souvenir picked up by a young lady on her Grand Tour of France. The bracelet is guilded brass with turquoise colored ballotinis surrounding the buckle area. Cabbage rose guilloche enamel cabochons are set around the bracelet and accented with blue guilloche enamel ovals. Four magenta art glass cabochons with brass accents separate the guilloche pieces and prong set rose cut magenta rhinestones run across top and bottom of this piece. Sage green enamel areas add more interest to this already over the top piece. It is marked on the buckle \"Made In France\". The buckle area is 1-1/8\" wide while the rest of the band is 7/8\" wide. It measures about 6-3/4\" around the inside and is in very good condition. One of the cabbage rose cabochons had cracked across the center at some point in it\'s life but has been repaired. The repair is only noticeable upon very close examination. I have shown a close shot of this in photo nine. Please look at all the photos as words are not adequate to describe this incredible piece. The buckle holds the bracelet closed securely.
