Victorian Portrait Celluloid Upright Vanity Box~accessories~manicure For Sale
Box Up for sale is a beautiful victorian celluloid vanity box. This fine example has a portrait on the front and the top. The box is decorated with a lovely floral celluloid covering with a base cream color. The shape is upright and is quite decorative. It opens to reveal two mirrors, a powder puff, a makeup box, a brush, and 6 manicure tools. The interior is lined with the original light pink material. The box measures approximately 8 1/2 inches high, 11 1/2 inches long, and 6 inches wide. It is in great condition having no damages. It does show minor wear consistent with its age. Each bottom corner shows peeling at the edge. It isn't severe but I took pictures to show it. The edges of the box show minor peeling in spots and the leather back has some lines in it. The accessories are all superb. This set would make a fantastic addition to your collection. Handling time will be 5 days or less after payment has been made and/or cleared.
