MY SHIPPING POLICY ON RETURNS: Customers pay postage for the return. If it's an exchange, I pay the postage to ship you the new one, that's fair isn't it? Please measure carefully when measurements are included in the listing, it's expensive for both of us to have to exchange merchandise.

For INTERNATIONAL Customers: There may be duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country. I cannot pay these for you or ahead of time. Please do not ask me to mark the item a "gift" to avoid these fees or undervalue the merchandise (your invoice for what you paid for it will be in the box). You are responsible for paying these charges when the item arrives in your country. Also, Customs may delay your package for a period of time that seems to vary thru-out the year and by country, so I cannot guarantee when a package will arrive at your door.

Paypal is the preferred payment method. If you pay with an Echeck thru Paypal, please be aware the item is not released for shipping until the e-check has cleared.

ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN A TIMELY MANNER. However, there are times I that I go on buying trips or short vacations, so occasionally items will have a slight delay. I also do not work weekends and do take an occasional day off during the week, shipping is done the next day when I return. Please email me if you item is time sensitive and I will let you know if there will be any delay.

All items in the US are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Items under 13oz have the option of First Class Mail and are usually shipped in an envelope and take a couple of days longer to arrive. Items shipped Priority mail usually take 3 days, but this is not guarenteed by the postal service. Occasionally I can ship overnight, but I use USPS and if you are in a rural area or some other exception they will not always arrive overnight.

Items shipped INTERNATIONALLY usually go United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class as this is the least expensive way to ship. HOWEVER, there is NO TRACKING for this type of mail, I can only prove that I did indeed ship it. If you feel you must have tracking, then ask me to send it the more expensive Priority Mail, I can give you a quote on the price.
