Wonderful victorian skirt, may be a petticoat.

Sometimes you just can not tell.

It is a linen white right now but it could

easily be soaked to to a bright white.

There is a double layer on the bottom half.

Ten rows of

pin tuck plus several different styles of eyelet

with flowers and grapes.

On the back, the skirt is pulled with an inside ribbon,

it used to be a silk ribbon but it was worn out ,I

replaced it with a new ribbon.
