I love the translucency of Mexican Fire Opals. This one is a brilliant Orange with rainbow flashed throughout. It is set in a twisted buttercup setting which also acts as the prongs for the opal. The band is simple and ribbed . The inside is hallmarked 14K. The opal is in lovely condition and measures at 9mm. The overall condition is fabulous with a natural patina. The opal is completely natural, untreated whole opal.
