This is a wonderful vintage double fish bypass ring with 4 ruby eyes, marked \"18K ITALY\" and a maker\'s hallmark. Width at front is 3/8\" tapering back to 1/8\"; ring size is an approximate 5 1/2. Weight is 4.7 grams and condition is very good!
