This was my grandmother\'s. I haven\'t polished it in a number of years. Probably in working order as my grandmother took very good care of her things. Cracked \"screw groove\" can be seen in last photo. Still screws on securly. 93 cm (capped, not including fob ring). Beautiful and ornate art deco style and size that was in vogue with the pens of that era.
Sterling silver cap and barrel overlay with a vulcanised rubber base. The silver is desiged so that certain parts of the base can be seen through. \"Sterling\" imprint on base as well as \"Watermans\" on the cap. Bottom says 452 1/2V. Incorporated into the sterling design is a cartouche, (unengraved) and the lever, which features the \"Ideal\" trademark in a segmented circle with the word spanning across it. The pen is topped with a fob loop. The nib of the pen appears to be in excellent, undamaged condition, 14ct gold, with \"Waterman\'s Ideal, REGUS. Heart shape.Check my other sales and my response!
