Very Nice 1920s Era Flapper Bag with Art Deco Design

Richly colored painted enamel over metal mesh

I purchased this bag at an estate sale and have had it framed in a shadow box, as it is truly a work of art. Silver framed, art deco geometric shapespainted on enamel in black, red, green and white. Good condition considering the age. Minor imperfections include a couple pieces of missing fringe,some tarnish to fringe and wrist chain and2tiny enamel pieces pulling awayin onesection but attached to the piece. Colors are bright and there is not sign of any wear to the color. Imperfections are imperceptable without close inspection.

Measures 3 1/2" wide x 7 1/4" longincluding the fringe. Chain measures approximately 11" from side to side.
