Beautiful vintage boxed grooming set consisting of brush, comb & mirror. The brush has a fabulous textured celluloid raised Oriental design in lovely vivid colours. The frame of the brush is hallmarked solid silver with assay mark for Birmingham, date mark for 1927 & makers mark for Daniel Manufacturing ( a tiny ding on one side other than that in v. good condition), the faux ivory comb has a silver top with matching hallmarks to the brush. Inside the lid is a bevel edge hand mirror with a ribbon pull on the side. The box is lined & cushioned with a pale lavender/mauve? silky material.
