Vintage 1930's Art Deco Silver 1.25" Wide Tiger Eye Garnet Glass Bracelet
This sale is for a detailed and striking, silver and tiger eye bracelet, that is from the 1930's.This piece is not marked but tests positive for silver plating and has a vermeil finish. The bracelet measures 7 1/2" long, is 1 3/8" wide at its widest point, and closes securely with a simple pin and latch clasp. The bracelet has delicate and intricate links that are joined together with wide panels, accented at the center with natural Tiger-eye stones, that gives the bracelet a lot of texture and visual interest. The Tiger-eye stones measure 3/4" x 7mm", they are domed in shape, and have a nice opalescence and shift in the colors. The tiny links are also accented with tiny glass cabochons (every other link) that are garnet colored and there are no missing stones. The gilt finish has some wear and thinning but it is a modest amount and the piece has a nice patina. There are a few missing connecting links but they are noticeable only upon close inspection and aren't noticeable as the piece is worn. Overall this is a detailed and striking, silver and tiger eye bracelet, that is from the 1930's and is in very good condition.
