***AS IS***This is item was purchased at an estate sale in Southern California. This is a 1935 Singer Featherweight with a scrolled faceplate. The serial number is AD886156 the commission date was March 18th, of 1935.There is minor signs of usage, the gold trim appears to bright with no chipping or scratches. This piece did not come with a manual, and the attatchments were in a yellow cloth bag. There are seven total feet. The foot pedal has cracking along the wire from age. The foot pedal needs to be re-wired, I am unable to run the machine without a foot pedal. The new owner will need to have that foot pedal rewired. The handle to the box is worn, and the overall condition of the storage box is fair. It shows signs of being 82 years old.The scrolled faceplates are highly collectible, and not all machines made in 1935 have this faceplate.I do not offer refunds, so please do not offer if you are not interested in buying.
