Vintage 1940’s Gabardine Belted Hollywood Jacket By “silverwoods Of Southern Ca” For Sale
Up for sale is a nice gabardine belted Hollywood jacket from the late 1940’s. It was made for “Silverwoods of Southern California” from tan gabardine.
There is a bit of overall discoloration but it cannot be seen under some lighting conditions. There is one tiny pinhole near the left pocket. There is one larger 1/8 inch hole on the upper left back as well as another hole just starting to form above it. It is almost invisible. There is another hole just starting to form on the belt. It is also almost invisible. There is another hole just starting to form near the buttons on the left sleeve. There are a few faint spots and stains, mostly towards the bottom of the jacket. For some reason the shoulder pads feel very stiff. Overall, it is a great looking jacket!
