Here is a 1940\'s Wyler Swiss made mechanical watch in a 32.9 mm base metal case with a stainless steel case back. Has unusual wire lugs with 18 mm spacing. The wire lugs make me believe this watch might even be older then the 1940\'s but the simple Roman numeral dial and the blued stick hands look like the watch is from the early 1940\'s. The dial is marked Swiss made at the bottom and appears to be original. The case back is marked with the number 485. I don\'t that if that refers to the model or the serial number or the cal. of the movement. This watch is manual wind and is running. It came to me with this single piece cloth strap attached.Should be ready to be worn but it is sold as-is and as found.I have no service records for this 60+-year-old Wyler Military style watch and it is sold as-is and as found.I always sell all my watches as-is and as found and as pictured.
