Vintage 1940's - 50's Baroque Pearl Amber Glass Rhinestone Leaf Cluster Necklace
This sale is for a charming and detailed, baroque pearl rhinestone glass cluster necklace, that is from the 1940's - 50's.This piece is brass measuring 15" long at the full length of the extension chain and closes securely with its original hook. The necklace measures 1 1/8" wide at its widest point, the largest pearls along the chain measure 8mm in length, and the smallest rhinestones are 2mm in diameter. This piece is unique for the amount of detail and design, with several different sizes and shapes of glass cabochons and rhinestones that give the piece a lot of texture and sparkle. There are tiny amber glass beads that make up little flowers, small amber glass leaves, brass leaves, and pretty oval shaped rhinestones. There are no components missing, all of the rhinestones are bright and sparkly, and the brass is bright and golden with little darkening or discoloration along the front pendants. There is a little bit of wear and discoloration to the brass along the chain in between the baroque pearls and along the connecting links of the extension chain but it is a modest amount that is noticeable mainly upon close inspection. The pearl have some wear to their pearly finish, some chipping and flaking, but its a modest amount and the pearls finish is 75-80% intact. Overall this is a charming and detailed, baroque pearl rhinestone glass cluster necklace, that is from the 1940's - 50's that is in very good condition.
