Vintage 1940's Victorian Carnelian Jade Glass Pearl 1" Wide Bracelet
This sale is for a striking and uniquely designed, Victorian influenced glass bracelet, that is from the 1940's.This piece is brass with an inside circumference of 7 1/4"and it is 1" wide. The bracelet opens smoothly from a hidden push clasp at the side and shuts securely. This bracelet is brass but has a nice weight and feel, with intricate openwork designs, and raised and stamped patterns that give the bracelet a lot of texture and visual interest. The front of the bracelet is accented with glass cabochons that are made to simulate Carnelian and Jade. The central glass cabochon measures 3/4" in length, the glass cabs are domed and jut out from the base of the bracelet, and there are no chips or surface wear to the glass. The front is also accented with two "pearly" glass cabs that look original to the piece. There are no dents or dings to the brass and the piece has a nice patina with very little darkening or discoloration. Overall this is a striking and uniquely designed, Victorian influenced glass bracelet, that is from the 1940's and is in Very good condition.
