This is a highly collectible vintage 1950\'slithographedMarx Linemar Mechanical Roller Skater Popeye tin wind-up toy. Model # J-1531. He is in working condition. When wound up he simulates skating. His back is marked \"Line Mar Toys (inside of a circle)~Japan~King Features Synd.\"
He has wear from age/use but is in very good overall condition. He has some scratches. The metal has some rust/corrosion in areas. He works mechanically. The wind up sticks at times. The metal bar for the windup has a bend in it. He has a new pair of pants, new rubber wheels, & the end of his pipe is new. Please see the images for more details of the condition.
He measures approximately 6.5\" (16.5 cm) tall & 4.5\" (11.4 cm) measuring from the front to the back. He weighs 3.7oz (106 grams).
Signature confirmation & insurance will be included with the shipment. He has been packaged with care (double boxed) to prevent damage during shipment.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Buyers that do not have a PayPal account can pay with a credit/debit card. A secure credit/debit card payment option will appear for buyers at checkout when detects that the buyer does not have a PayPal account.
Payment is due 3 days after a listing ends unless the buyer contacts us with other payment arrangements. \'s unpaid item assistant will turn on automatically if a payment has not been received by the 4th day.
We do not normally send out invoices as already notifies buyers by email when a purchase has been made. We will send out invoices upon request.

It is our goal to ship out items as quickly as possible. We take extra care when packaging our items & often use recycled materials. Items are usually shipped out within 24hrs after payment has been received. Purchases made Monday through Thursday are often shipped out the same day. Items that are paid for via an Echeck through PayPal will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. It usually takes PayPal 4-5 business days to process an Echeck. Shipment of items that require a special trip to the carrier\'s drop-off location may be delayed up to 48hrs.
International shipping: We will ship most of our items internationally. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes imposed by their home country. We will ship via Registered Mail. Please contact us for the cost of shipping an item using the Registered Mail shipping method.
We accept returns (not after 30 days). The buyer is to pay the return shipping. We do our best to be as straight forward as possible when describing the items in our listings as we want buyers to be fully aware of what they are purchasing. Once an item has been returned to us in the same condition it was when we mailed it, the buyer will be refunded the sale amount. In the event that we grossly misrepresent an item in a listing, a full refund (including return shipping costs) will be given once the item has been returned. Shipments of fragile items or items purchased for $50 or more will be insured.
