This is a precious little ceramic clown planter made in Japan by Velco in the 1950\'s. Green shirt with white polka dots, black shoes and hat, and yellow trim complete the little guy\'s ensemble. Stands approximately 6 1/2\" tall. Good condition, no chips or cracks.
