Vintage 1950's 2" Wide Rhinestone Cuff Bracelet For Sale
Vintage 1950's 2" Wide Rhinestone Cuff Bracelet
This sale is for a bold and sparkling, rhinestone cuff bracelet, that is from the 1950's.This piece is silvertone measuring 7 5/8" long, it is 2" wide, and closes securely with its original hidden push clasp that is finished with an inset rhinestone. The bracelet has a silvertone safety chain that may be original to the piece - but it might be a replacement. This bracelet is bright and sparkling with a central row of emerald cut rhinestones that measure 3/8" in length and the smallest rhinestone are 3mm in diameter. There is one small rhinestone missing, the rest all look original to the piece, and there are no dark or smoky stones - they are all very bright and sparkly. There is a tiny bit of "fogging" to the foiling at the back, it isn't dark it's just a little fogged at the back, and there is a tiny bit of spotting and rusting to the foiling but it is noticeable only upon close inspection. Having said that it is noticeable only upon inspection and not as the piece is worn. The setting is bright without any darkening or discoloration and there are no signs of solder or repair. There are two small sections near the center of the bracelet where the links have separated and could be re-soldered but it is noticeable only upon close inspection and isn't as the piece is worn. The connections don't lie completely flat - there are some misshapen spots that wiggle and warp a tiny bit but it is noticeable only when the piece is laid out flat and not when its worn. Overall this is a bold and sparkling, rhinestone cuff bracelet, that is from the 1950's and is in very good condition.
