I know this sounds crazy but there are a lot of scammers on . Honestly if you are a seller it would be the best for both of us if you would just move on. It seems there has been an influx of sellers trying to buy items and reselling them on this site lately. Honestly, just because I start items at .99 whatever I get for an item is usually the maximum. If you are a seller and plan on asking for a partial refund just to increase your profit margin on an item I sell you than you better think twice because I have never given a partial refund and you will just be asked to return the item. I do not pay return shipping nor do I refund initial shipping. If you plan on returning an item you will be responsible for the return shipping charges no matter who you are or what your gripe is. I try to give everyone in the world an opportunity at the items I sell. However a few bad apples have ruined it for the international buyer. I have always offered items First Class International in the past but there is no way to track an First Class International package. I had a few international buyers claim their packages never arrived which is actually a very rare thing to happen. Really they most likely were scammers and only purchase items shipped First Class International so that they can make false claim. So now I only ship Priority International so that I can track all packages. If you are an international scammer and think that you will claim an item did not show up just remember I track every package. You will be exposed as the lying cheat you are and your claim will be denied. If you are an honest International buyer and have a substantial amount of positive response without history of claiming packages do not arrive, I may make an exception and ship the item First Class. You must first send me a message requesting that you would like your item shipped First Class and I will examine your response history before making a determination if you are suitable for the First Class option or if the item is even eligible for the First Class option. Like I said above if you have ever left a negative response, I am probably not the seller for you, as everything I sell is "as is" "where is". If you do want a refund you will have to pay the return shipping and the refund will not include your initial shipping, only your purchase price. Most buyers do not realize that the initial shipping you have already paid. is gone.
