Vintage 1950's Enamel & Chrome Picture Powder Compact For Sale

This is a lovely piece that I have not seen before - interesting it has a high polish enamel finish to the top depicting a tree in the foreground with a farmhouse towards the forest at the top of the hill. It is set to a chrome case, c. 1940 it is in good vintage condition, all clasps and hinges are in good order, opening to reveal a nice clean interior with a fitted sifter - the mirror is framed, it shows minor clouding commensurate with age. A lovely piece measuring c. 2.5" inch that will not disappoint!.
