The Dancers, Pipe, & Harp banners are in their original packaging, never opened. The price stamped on the package is 20 cents. The large hat has a price tag from F.W. Woolworths with a price of 19 cents.

4) We will create a combined shipping invoice for you, adjusting the shipping costs to reflect the actual costs, & make changes if we've already discussed mutually agreed upon changes.
5) When you get our message with the invoice, only then should you pay for all items.
This is necessary because implemented a policy disallowing the use of "Buy It Now" for multiple listing pieces, requiring you pay separately, including separate shipping. The above method is the ONLY way to do this. has stated they have communicated this to all buyers, yet most of our buyers tell us they are not aware of this.
Here is why this is important: If you are buying an item that has a weight of 2 ounces, and it is shipped priority mail, you pay a fixed price. If you are buying 4 of the same pieces with a total of 8 ounces, it's still the same shipping cost as if it was one piece! However likes to add the 4 shipping costs together, and the buyer pays far too much postage. [You should know - gets a % of the shipping costs too!]
Because the items we sell are generally the only ones we have like it, & often contain small items that cannot be replaced, we don't allow the options of returns or exchanges. We permit returns ONLY if the item is not as described or does not match what we show in our detailed photographs. We do our best to accurately describe the items we offer. We ask that you read our descriptions and examine our photographs, and if you have questions, please ask before offerding. We try to check for messages daily.
Having closed our antique shop, and no longer doing general antique shows due to health reasons, as of 1 January 2017 we are now exclusively selling on . We are especially allergic to Tobacco, and will never send out an item that smells of Tobacco, without disclosing this fact in the listing. If you are worried about allergic reaction situations, PLEASE message us in advance of buying, and we will provide you with an honest report on the item's condition, as it applies to your concerns.
Up thru 2016 when we stopped doing the antique shows, we were one of the top vintage toy dealers at the largest antique show in the Washington, DC area. Beginning with our first month selling here on , we have made every effort to maintain a ?top seller? rating.
Payments are accepted through PayPal. All payments must be received within 3 days of sale close unless prior arrangements have been made.
INSURANCE: We ship by USPS Priority mail unless otherwise specified. Priority mail includes up to $50 in insurance. If you wish additional insurance above the $50 amount, you must notify us before you purchase so we can advise on the additional insurance cost. [See the above section on combining items to see how to arrange to have an invoice sent to you.]
USPS does not provide insurance on any other class of mail. If the listing includes free shipping, it is probably by Economy rate, Media Mail, or First Class mail. There is NO insurance on these shipping classes. You must ask for insurance before buying.
We sell and collect rare and unusual items that often cannot be replaced. We understand the need to pack things carefully, so we take the time to do things correctly, as there is no "Do over!" We pack and protect the items we sell, to well above industry standards. But no matter which shipping service we use, there will always be a few shipments that are damaged, no matter how well they were packaged and secured.
CUSTOMS/DUTY - INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS ONLY: In January 2008, issued instructions to sellers so that all buyers from outside the USA would be fully and uniformly informed regarding customs and taxes on items coming from the USA. The text and format are mandated by . Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not falsely lower merchandise values or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Requests to do so will be forwarded to 's fraud department. Our international clients are very important to us. Please let us know if you have any questions. Please also note there is no tracking on first class international mail except in Canada and a few countries in Europe.
We ship by USPS Priority mail unless the shipping is included in the purchase price, then we usually ship by USPS Economy, Media Mail, or First class. When we ship by First class or economy class, we take a photo of the envelope or package after the postage has been canceled at the Post Office, to prove it was sent, because there is no tracking of First Class mail. If you want tracking, we insist it be shipped by Priority Mail. We typically ship the same day or the next business day after payment is made/cleared. Please make sure that PayPal and have your correct address and PO box if necessary. If you are an international client please make sure we have a valid address for you in English to avoid shipping delays. We only ship to verified confirmed addresses.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS:Please note that delivery times are ESTIMATES. First class international mail can take 2-6 weeks for delivery depending on delays in customs. There is no tracking on first class international air mail with the exception of Canada. PRIORITY MAIL international does include tracking and insurance. It is more expensive, but is the only option for shipping on items over 4 pounds or over $50 in value.
