I bought this nice vintage space toy with great plans to restore it - but I never got to it. The ship is in nice condition - the paint is crisp and it displays great. The MT Modern Toys -Japan logo is on one side. The Explorer was made in the late 50\'s or 60s. The often missing tail fin - is here.

The astronaunt flying the Planet Explorer is seen through the windshield., The Sadly, the dish and the battery cover is missing. Replacements can befound on line. The metal is nice and clean but it has a few nicks and dings.
