This original 1968 \"Tiny series\" pressed steel Tonka tow truck is good condition and has exceptionally bright colors - from the white interior and wheel hubs to the blue paint. Made of pressed steel in the United States and measures approx. 5” long. The mini series and stickers suggest it is from 1968, which I believe might have been the first year for the series and this vehicle.
Good condition, particularly for the age - small chips and scratches (see photos). The hook and string are missing, but the mechanical lever of the tow is fully functional - right down to the black rubber nub. Very vibrant, bright colors, including tires, hubs and cab interior, as well as baby blue paint. Windshield is all present and intact - shown some small scuffs. Stickers present and match \"Mound. Minn.\". This vehicle has not been buffed or polished (but should look amazing with a little polishing effort). One owner, stored in dark and smoke free Environment.
