Vintage 1970's Lefton Hallmarked Porcelain Figurines Kw1927 "piano Babies":
This are Lefton porcelain figurines, #KW1927, the Boy and Girl Piano Babies.
The boy is dressed in Blue pants with rolled cuffs, blue booties with a white balls and a beige and blue smock tied into with bow at the neck. He has blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes with painted long lashes. He is holding a baby bottle with a blue nipple in his left hand.
The girl is wearing a blue-green dress with a star pattern that has red buttons and a green belt. She is wearing red shoes that have a bow on them and white socks. She has on a white bonnet with red trim that is tied under her chin. There is a bow on the top of the bonnet. She has blonde hair like her brother and again, those beautiful blue eyes and painted long lashes.
The baby boy is 6-inches tall, 4-1/2-inches across, 4-1/2 inches long. The baby girl is 6-inches tall, 5-inches across the front, and 4-inches long. Neither has any cracks or chips. Both babies are in excellent condition.
The Lefton Piano Babies have a Lefton Number KW1927 on the base bottom along with the Lefton red and gold label that
Lefton China was produced in Japan until the 1970s. Production in the 1980s and beyond moved to Taiwan and Malaysia. Most importantly, the quality remained high. The family sold Lefton China in 2001, but production under the Lefton China label continues today.*****Price Reduced**********
