Thank you for choosing to look at our offerings.

We make great efforts to supply you with plenty of good, clean, and well lit photographs with which you can base your decision to buy or not.

We also take great pains in describing the items accurately. We will state whether or not an item has been tested, whether or not it works, what sort of condition it is in, and how old the item is when we know.

However, sometimes mistakes do happen – if you feel that your item arrived not as described, please contact us first and allow us to attempt to make the situation right BEFORE leaving response.

Purchasing

We accept Pay Pal and Electronic-Checks through the Pay Pal system. We do not accept any other form of payment.

All payments are due within 3 days (72 hours) of the sale’s close. We do file unpaid item reports on all items not paid within 7 days – this is the only way we can recover our fees; however, we will send you a 3 day and 5 day courtesy reminder invoice before filing.

We offer free and fast shipping on all items - just check our response.

Combined Shipping

We definitely combine shipping on any applicable purchases.

We will gladly fit as many items as we can into a single box.

You will be charged only for the weight proscribed and the $0.19 handling fee for delivery confirmation will be added only once for each combined box.

Feel free to purchase as many items as you want – we are pretty good at getting a lot of items into one box safely!

Domestic Shipping

We ship all purchases within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays, as the USPS is closed. As long as we have received your cleared payment, your order will ship within that 24 hour window.

We ship using USPS primarily, but may opt for UPS or DHL or FedEx, at our discretion.

We typically offer First Class Mail for items under 13 oz.; Media Mail for all books, magazines, and videos; and your choice of Parcel Post or Priority Mail (chosen by you, at checkout).

We do not ship to any other address than that shown on your Pay Pal account at the time of purchase – this is the only way Pay Pal will cover you, or us, with their protection.

If you request to have an item shipped to an address other than the one listed on Pay Pal we will cancel the transaction through – you will owe nothing, and nothing will be shipped.

If you require a packing slip, gift wrap, plain brown wrap, or other special packing or shipping instructions please feel free to email us – if we can handle it, we will do it!

Feel free to email and request a tracking number for your shipped item; however, if you refer to the “Order Details Page” you will find that a tracking number is automatically added to your purchase when the item has been prepared for shipment.

International Shipping

We ship world-wide via Priority Mail International or First Class International. Priority Mail offers a tracking number and an ETA; First Class International offers neither. This is the least expensive method of shipping internationally available through us and this is the exclusive remedy for shipping internationally from us.

We charge a $3.00 per item handling fee for all international shipments. Combined shipments will receive only one (1) $3.00 handling fee per combined box. The $3.00 handling fee will be charged on each and every item which ships separately.

The USPS assigns an ETA on Priority Mail, but please understand this is only the estimated time it will take to arrive at your local Customs Office. After that neither we, nor the USPS has ANY control over your package – it is up to your local Customs Office to notify and deliver your item to you.

You are responsible for any taxes or duties charged by your local Customs Office – we will not pay them and we will not receive the item back and we will not refund your money. Any charges placed upon your item by your local Customs Office are entirely your responsibility.

We will not falsify the shipping manifest or declaration, so please don’t ask. We may report any requests to do so to at our discretion.
