Found at an estate sale: a small collection of African carved artifacts. Here is adouble-pointed spear hand carved out of ironwood; a warrior figure is depicted carved all the way around the center of the longstick. I have been toldthat this is likely from Tanzania, but I don\'t really know the age, thehistory, or place of origin. Please allow the photos to tell the story. Difficult to get all 25\" into one helpful photo, so several detail photos are provided.Condition is good except the lower pointed end has a 1\" chip off the side, as seen in photos.
