I do not know who this maker is. Please see pictures perhaps you may know who it is. Three piece beautiful set of footed bowl with scalloped edges and two matching footed candle holders. Hand painted roses with gold trim. Really a lovely set. I see no chips, breaks, cracks or repairs. The bowl is about 6.25\" by 5.5\" and 3\" tall. I am not an expert in this field.
