I do believe this is vintage and it does have the Union tag in it. I do think it is a junior girls dress. It could be a very small women\'s. I do not see or feel any wear marks on the velvet. It seems to be very soft still. The lace trim looks a little yellowed, but nice. This is 100% rayon and dry clean only. It is a dark green velvet. It zips up the back and is a straighter style dress with no flare and full length. This had a slight must smell, but I febreezed and hung out and I do not smell it anymore. Should come out when cleaned again. This has no maker tag. Also no size tag. I am going by the measurements and a junior size chart for sizing. CHECK MEASUREMENTS TO MAKE SURE THIS WILL FIT. Wrinkled some, but easy fix that I will leave to you. Measurements: Please always check measurements. Sizes can differ from tag size.
