an awesome vintage, quality craftedRedmon woven, handled, all American made picnic basket, multi-colored in shades of green, yellow and white. Basket in constructed of a striped plastic like mesh material with the inside being a heavy duty cardboard lining. The basket is reinforced with metal banding and sets in a sturdy wooden frame at the base. Inside you will find the original \"Redmon\" foil sticker affixed to the bottom. The basket features two functional metal carry handles that fold down along the sides when not in use. The cardboard lid is covered with a dark faux, wood-look, veneer-like covering. Beautiful, practical, and functional, this basket is perfect for picnics, storage, display and can be used for just about any occasion!

Note: This is a vintage item that is pre-owned and pre loved. All pieces from the past have been used and may show light signs of usage.
Measurements: 19” Long x 11 1/4\" High x 11 1/4\" Deep(Basket only)Handles raise 6 inches above the lid
Condition: very good condition showing light signs of wear: minor scratches on the metal, lid show a wrinkle in the veneer-like top on the corner and a few areas of wear along the edges of lid near where the handles attach. Inside shows a few areas of mild discoloration. Woven mesh is great with no issues. Handles function properly. Item has been cleaned and sanitized.
