✧All items sold are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. I use recorded delivery only in accordance with / PayPal rules as items require a signature. Postage cost includes costof postage and a small amount for packaging. I ship World Wide and combine postage when possible (please contact me for exact quote. Difference is automatically refunded to buyer after sale). Items are processed and picked up for delivery typically within2 to 5 working days (unless stated in shop announcements), but please bear in mind I am one person and during busy periods/ holidays there may be a slight delay (I will always inform buyers if any delay is expected). Your item can be tracked on the Royal Mailwebsite . I offer three postage options for UK residents: Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 1st & 2nd Class and Special Delivery. International Overseas mail is sent Tracked & Signed or Signed dependent on your country. Please check shipping costs prior to purchase.Expected delivery dates can be found on the royal mail website but typically UK items arrive within 1-5 working days, Europe 3-5 working days and International 7-10 working days. ✧Please note as a private seller I am unable to accept returns on pre-worn or vintage items. Pre-worn & Vintage items will show signs of wear, & minor flaws are to be expected ( Pleaseread \"Other\" section for details). All major flaws will be listed or a photo shown to highlight the issue. Some minor expected flaws may not be mentioned. ✧Makeup, Beauty & Lingerie items under no circumstance are eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
✧Refunds are granted in cases of gross misrepresentation only. This is ONLY for items that are unworn/ in condition sent out with the tags still attached. Cash Refunds are not grantedfor the following reasons; Fit, color, noted flaws, misreading info, missing tags, inside flaws not visible when worn.
If you have an issue with an item please make contact within 24 hours of receipt, a photo of the issue will be required. A refund will be at full cost of the item less postage/ return postage, in cases of gross misrepresentation. In other cases werean item is shown to be as described it will not be eligible. In some cases a partial refund/ store credit or exchange will be offered dependent on the issue. In such cases the item should be returned as stated above (unworn with tags, within time limit), the buyer may then purchase the new item they wish to exchange for and the amount will be refunded back to them, to confirm with a new item has been issued. Please return the item/s within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Please note as per rules sendingitems back late, outside of \'s time limit will void the refund offer. Please only send back items with prior agreement to ensure the item is eligible for a refund. Goods must be returned at your own cost, complete with any originalpackagingany tags/stickersattached. Goods must be returned in their original condition as per their dispatch. You will receive a refund for returned item/s within 14 days of receipt of goods. I offer refunds, exchanges or credit but as I reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchangesor credit on any items believed to have been worn/ damaged or missing tags since dispatch. Please note I keep photos of measurements, close up photos of the item and buyers thought to be making fraudulent claims will be reported. ✧Buyer Conduct: I do wish to keep all communication cordial and resolve issues amicably. I ask that if there is a problem that you work with me on a solution. Buyers are expected to obey\'s buyer conduct policy, and members thought to be abusing it will be reported which can lead to account restriction/ suspension. ✧Buying vintage: All items sold are purchased/ owned by me and have been picked and looked after by me personally. I only sell A and B grade Vintage, that are considered in Excellent or Very Good condition states (in some exceptions less than perfect items maybe sold asa study piece but this will be clearly stated). Whenever purchasing a vintage item expect some natural wear and flaws. Most items sold are over 50 years old and due to age, wear and storage (even an unworn/unused items) they are likely to show some wear. HoweverI do my best to check all items and carefully andnote any flaws or damage, sometimes highlighting the issue with a photo/s. Please note typical wear can/ will include: loose threads, bobbling, light fading, missing belts (i.e belt loops only) minor color run issues, missing tagsand wear to the lining (flaws that aren\'t viable when worn may not be mentioned as they don\'t affect the \"look\" of the garment). ✧In some cases of new/ modern items that are purchased resale/ sample sale may be missing/ part missing the store/ brand tags to prevent store return/be in compliance with re-sale terms.I mainly stock vintage items, and occasionally retro/ vintage inspired reproduction items. This will be clearly stated if the item is Original or Reproduction. Please see the \"Era\" or \"Decade\" section to confirm exact date of piece.
Sizing:
✧Please note all items new & vintage are typically \"clipped\" or \"pinned\" to the mannequin to show how it should fit. Please be aware of this when judging the size, and go by accuratemeasurements listed to determine fit.
✧Vintage clothing sizes can differ greatly from standard modern \"vanity\" sizes, so accurate exact measurements are always given. To avoid confusion the size on actual garments tag (if vintage) will not be mentioned,instead I will provide an approx \"fits like\" or modern day size (based on modern sizing chart measurements). I also provide an approx conversion size for international buyers too. Please note this is a guide only to help with size, everyone has a differentbody size and may not fit the general sizing norms, I cannot not accept returns based on this size, it is a guide only and I ask buyers to go by exact measurements given. In cases of modern items if a garment appears to fit differently than average sizing(i.e small or larger fitting) I will mention it on the listing. But please bear in mind sizing varies from brand to brand and I can only go by the tag info. As I don\'t offer returns due to sizing issues, please ensure that you check the measurements of itemsbefore you buy to avoid disappointment I always recommend if you do not know your measurements or are unsure of fit, to compare the measurements to those of an item of clothing you already own that fits you well to see how it compares. Bust, Waist & Hip measurements need to be doubled for circumference. ✧Further notes on fit: Please be aware what fits as a mini, midi or maxi is based on your exact height. If you are very tall then a \"mini dress\" for example may be very very short on you, or if you are short itmight be a lot longer. Please also note that people in the past were shorter and mini dresses were often worn micro short (usually with modesty pants). A \"Tunic\" or \"Tunic Dress\" is a garment that is somewhere between a long top and very short dress, it wouldtypically be worn with shorts, trousers, modesty pants. Please take that into account when purchasing and do refer to exact length measurements.✧Vintage condition: Please note alterations & repairs are often made to vintage items, unless this drastically alters the look of a garment in a negative way it will not be mentioned on the listing. Vintage itemsalso may be updated with new buttons, fixings, belts etc. Stitching is often reinforced and a new zip added if the old one is broken. Vintage shoes are sold \"as seen\". Unfortunately it is difficult to predict how a vintage shoe, even one that is dead stock,will wear once worn. Vintage shoes are often weaker and more brittle. Heel caps and soles can often wear quickly and need replacing. There are no refunds for this after sale, please bear this in mind when offerding.✧Items are sent in a clean ready to wear condition, and will be tagged to say so. Items will be freshly laundered or dry cleaned. Items that are specialist clean I will leave to buyer to keep purchase costs low but items will be aired out/ steam cleaned so theyare as fresh as possible. ✧Listing is for item stated only: any other garments, accessories etc that are not mentioned are not included in the sale.
