This is a nice , rare find. It is a vintage A.O.E. Sorority plate. Truth, Honor, Forever Alethia Orno Eteronis. Nice 3.25\" diameter brass enamel owl plate/ plaque. It has a hanger to hang it up by or can be used as a paperweight. Very nice item with no cracks or breaks. Just has a sticker stuck on the bottom of the plate as shown.
