DIMENSIONS: 7 3/4" tall x 8 1/4" wide x 4 1/4" deep.
DECRYPTION: Hard-to-find 1950's vintage art deco Mastercrafters no. 47 "Action Starlight" electric lighted clock.
This uses two night-light size bulbs, which illuminate and heat the glass cylinders on either side of the face. After they heat up for a minute or two, the glitter floats around inside the tubes. There is an on/off switch on the back that turns off the lights.
CONDITION: Clock runs with a slight hum but keeps good time. Bulbs/switch work fine. Glitter floats nicely in both cylinders when lights are on. Cosmetically in very presentable vintage condition overall. Tiny chip to the top left corner of the glass (see photos). The liquid in one tube is slightly lower and slightly more yellow than the other. Some small scratches and minor wear to the paint. No "touch-ups" or restorations. Very clean.
