This listing is for a very large Gilbert display clock that is housed in a metal Old Mr. Boston Liquor Bottle. It was made on the 1930s as advertising and displayed in bars and at retailers. Initially, I indicated that I didn\'t know if the clock worked on or not because I had lost the key but I used the key for my mission oak clock and was able to wind the clock and it works. I wound it and it has been working for a couple of hours now.I am not including the key because I need it for my other clock, but I am sure it would be pretty each to get a key that works for it.

There is ahandwritten note on the underside that reads \"cleaned and oiled April 1975.\" They really took care of this clock. It is embossed on the body and the lid in the shape of Mr. Boston. It is a really unique and fun display item. Now that I no longer have my house with the basement and bar, I am going to let this go. It measures approx. 21-1/2\" x 10\". Thanks for looking.
