Measuring 7 ¼” tall this small Dietz Eureka Lantern was one of the first lanterns created for the early automobile market.
This small Kerosene Lantern would attach to your Car, Truck or Horse & Carriage.The black painted surface you see on this Dietz Eureka Lantern is original, does has some paint loss and some rust!Both the 3” diameter convex clear glass on the front, and the 2” diameter red glass on the back of this lantern are also original.It has several dates on the rim, patented Feb. 10, 1914 and May 19, 1908 and July 23, 1904!No wick or handle and the dial is stiff!( dates are hard to read, so I am not exactly sure!!!!!! )Be sure to look at all the pictures.
