The sides are different and both sides are striking.
One side shows the American Eagle with a rose (olive branch?) in one Talon and a bundle of (13) arrows in the other Talon.
The other side shows two Flags crossed.It measures about 4.5 by 4.75 inches.It has a zipper opening.
Zippers came into use in the 1920s and so this little purse or wallet was likely made in that Era.Condition is excellent but there a few beads missing as shown in the last photo.Truly a Work of Art!
