This is a gorgeous vintage necklace with 32 Sterling silver puffy heart charms and a bracelet with 12 Sterling silver puffy heart charms. Two of the hearts on the bracelet have dents and four of the hearts on the necklace have dents or dings. All are marked Sterling. Please see all photos as they are part of the description.
