Vintage Antique Toronto Silver Plate Small Sugar Bowl With Lid #549 1882-1929 For SaleThis piece is one of three in this pattern I have available at the time of this listing. See my other listings for a larger sugar bowl without a lid and a creamer. This sugar bowl without lid is marked on the bottom (see photo) as #549 from The Toronto Silver Plate Company which was founded in 1882 and which produced using this mark until 1929. I have searched extensively for this pattern number online and the one and only reference to it was found within the Museum of the Corporation archiépiscopale Catholique Romaine de Sherbrooke. I also had the Toronto Public Library do some research on these pieces for me and I have priced them according to the results of that search. This sugar bowl measures 4-1/4" tall to the rim, 3-3/4" front to back and 6" wide across the handles.
