This is gorgeous, a beautiful vintage necklace dated from the Victorian era being made from multi-faceted whitby jet. The jet beads are inter-spaced with the occasional flower bead which is made from a dark wood bead strung with a tiny beaded coat, one of these beads is missing most of its "beaded coat" so exposing the wooden base bead, please study the photo, apart from this one bead the rest of the necklace is in excellent original victorian condition. The beads are strung with the original cord thread and the necklace is complete with the original antique push in clasp. Unclasped the necklace measures 54 inches end to end and the jet beads measure 5mm wide. This is a beautiful antique original Victorian mourning neckalce which the photo does not give credit. Looks stunning on and is well worth a offer.
