Low, low shipping and handling costs: I do what I can to keep shipping costs as low as possible for buyers. Quite often absorbing some of those costs myself and passing on the savings to you.
Shipping discounts: I gladly combine shipping of items when possible to save you money. There may be times when I cannot so that I can ship items safely; an example would be a heavy item (metal) with a fragile glass item.
Packaging: I use all new packing materials and I package with care so that your item will arrive safely. I do recycle boxes and make a few trips a week looking for boxes to use for shipping. Of course, I also use USPS Priority Mail boxes when possible. I urge you to recycle packing materials. When possible pass them on or re-use. If you do not sell on look for ers in your area?they will greatly appreciate receiving packing materials. Let?s help protect, improve, the environment.

Terms of SaleI do not accept returns. I try very hard to accurately describe everything I sell and I expect buyers to ask questions. I will answer your questions honestly and to the best of my ability and let you know when I just do not know or if I cannot guarantee an item. I sell a large number of vintage items and there will be imperfections, they are to be expected; I will point them out whenever possible. Please ASK questions; please request additional photos and do NOT offer unless you are certain. All sales are final.
response & the Star System: It is my policy to leave response after I receive it from the buyers. I do my best to provide excellent customer service. I understand that it is normal to not want to give someone the highest score. We always expect someone to not be perfect. I am not always perfect; it is not humanly possible. But I do try very hard to give you my best. I would appreciate the highest score when ever possible. Thanks very much.
